   But we understand that not everyone needs this level of individual attention so we also offer an alternative, our quality pre-made website options. Normally you start from scratch with a new website - you go through finding and hiring a designer, designing a logo, creating a look and feel for your website, developing text, and setting up hosting. We've already done this for lots of people just like you - so you don't have to spend time reinventing the wheel. Once you’ve made your selections, customizing the site can be done quickly and cost effectively. Our system lets you focus on your business - while our web designers and content creators put together the perfect site.

5. What do I get when I choose a logo?

   We will create a professional logo that will be utilized on your site, as well as all your marketing materials; business cards, letterhead, brochures, etc. A quality logo can easily cost several hundreds of dollars - but this service is complimentary with all of our packages. Our designer will incorporate your company name into the logo you select, and then present you with an electronic version for your future use.

6. Are there any hidden costs?

   Absolutely not! Our packages include everything you need—including Web-hosting.

7. What is your return policy?

   Set-up, or other one-time fees are non-refundable. Refunds for hosting services are pro-rated, dated back to when we receive notice of cancellation, unless the customer specifies another date.

8. What is your privacy policy?

   We will not sell or share your information with any third-party except as legally required to do so. We may contact you regarding the service we provide for you, as well as other services we offer.

9. How will I receive my logo and/or other items?

   We will place your logo and other files in a secure folder on your website so they are available to you for download 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

    Right here! Domain registration/transfers will be taken care of when you sign-up.
